There are so many decisions to make when planning a wedding. When you’re in the process of choosing a photographer, first figure out what is most important to you picture-wise. Choose a professional who will capture getting-ready pictures, formal pictures, ceremony, and some reception pictures. It’s essential to figure out what’s included with each package vs. what is extra when choosing a photographer. You’ll want to get pre-ceremony photos throughout the day to either the reception or send-off. It’s better to budget and plan to have the photographer there for a longer time than not enough because some photographers charge substantially more to add time at the end of the night. You might also want to consider whether you want an engagement session, prints, and a second shooter. Take all of this information into consideration when looking for a photographer.
I offer four different packages for my couples because I truly believe that each wedding is different and you will have different needs for your big day! The first package that I offer is Elopement. This is perfect for couples who have decided to elope! Hilton Head is a popular wedding destination spot to get married. In this package, you will receive two hours of coverage, which is perfect for an elopement! This package includes ceremony pictures, couples portraits, and a few family pictures. Since it is coverage for an elopement, there should be no more than ten guests in attendance. If you’re eloping in Hilton Head, then this package is the one for you!
The next package I offer is called Intimate. This package includes six hours of photography coverage on your wedding day. If you have a bigger wedding than an elopement but not yet a full-sized wedding, then this is the package for you. One thing that I recommend for this package is that you and your significant other do the first look before the ceremony! This will save us so much time, and we will be able to get more portrait time. Also included in this package is an engagement session, one assistant at the wedding, and a box full of goodies that is second to none!
The third package I offer is called Eternal. This package includes eight hours of coverage for your wedding day. This is my most popular package that brides choose. In this package, you will receive a complimentary engagement session, a second shooter, fun Polaroids of your day, and a box of goodies. If you choose this package, then you’ll receive a full day of pictures of you and your groom getting ready to a staged send-off. The second shooter will be getting different angles all throughout the day so that you can get a good variety of pictures!
The final package that I offer is called Love Birds. This is the package that includes ten hours of photography for your wedding day and is the all-inclusive package that has it all! If you’re looking for all day coverage, from start to finish, then this is the package for you! You will receive a complimentary engagement session, a second photographer, polaroids from the day, and three professional colored prints of your choosing. If you want all of the events during the reception captured, like cake cutting and open dancing, then the 10-hour package is best for you!
I know how difficult it can be to decide how many hours of photography coverage you need on your wedding day. I’m always willing to go over your wedding day timeline before choosing the best package for you. I want to make sure you book the right package that works for you and your soon-to-be spouse. I will never up-sell you something if I don’t think it is needed.
