Lauren and Hunter had a gorgeous Harbour Town Wedding on Hilton Head Island, SC. They had a beautiful early spring wedding on the island with an alternative, yet intimate feel.

Lauren is a bank loan officer and Hunter works for Budweiser. Lauren grew up visiting Hilton Head, so having their wedding on the island held a sentimental value to her. Together, they got matching tattoos the month before.

Lauren wore a stunning spaghetti strap V-neck wedding gown with a floral applique and mini beads on the bodice and a sheath, flowy skirt. She wore a back necklace that added a flirty touch to her backless wedding dress. Hunter wore a navy blue suit and matched it with a paisley tie.

Because Lauren’s family visited Hilton Head quite often when she was a child, she knew she wanted her wedding on the island. They chose to have their ceremony in Sea Pines on the golf course lawn of the 18th hole. As one of the most awe-inspiring locations in the lowcountry, the view of Calibogue Sound was the perfect scenery for their ceremony. This location in Harbour Town overlooks the beautiful blue water and flaunts a spectacular glimpse of the lighthouse.

They moved the celebration to the Sea Pines Harbour Town Clubhouse. This was an incredible place to have their cozy reception. A long extended refectory table was at the center of the room for all their guests to dine together. The table was decorated with gorgeous flowers, candles, and dining ware. They enjoyed a two-tiered naked wedding cake adorned with burgundy and peach floral colors to match Lauren’s bouquet.

I love the vibe that Lauren and Hunter depict. Their aura of unique edginess was present, yet totally created a romantic ambience. They were great to work with and allowed me to devise poses that characterize them perfectly. I’m so glad they found me on The Knot and loved my editing style.
