A beautiful love story for Ashton and Mitch brought their loved ones together for their Westin Hilton Head wedding. It was a perfectly calm autumn day, ending with a beautiful warm-colored sunset.
Both Mitch and Ashton work in healthcare and found themselves working alongside each other quite often. Their friendship eventually blossomed into an amazing love. Hilton Head is where they both realized they were in love with one another. A peaceful moment with just the two of them sitting on a balcony enjoying coffee, and they got lost in each other’s company.
When Ashton and Mitch realized they were in love while on a trip to Hilton Head, they also decided to have their wedding there. They chose the perfect intimate wedding venue in Hilton Head, The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. While Ashton got ready in the morning, her beloved dog, Tutt, was by her side. We had to wake him from his nap to get a few photos of them together. His presence there with her was adorable. If you’re getting ready space allows pets, here’s your sign to bring your furry friend! Sadly after their wedding, Tutt passed away; therefore, the few pictures I captured of him and Ashton will always be so memorable to them.
Mitch and Ashton shared a first look before the ceremony to get some photos before the ceremony began. It was in front of the fountain at The Westin Hilton Head that they had their first look at, and it makes a stunning backdrop for pictures.
The Oceanfront Deck was the location for both their ceremony and reception. This space is one of the most popular venues that The Westin Hilton Head offers for weddings. With the ocean in the background and scenic views, the deck is an excellent place for a wedding.
We went to the beach for a few photos as the sun set. The warm colors from the sunset and a quiet beach made these photos feel so romantic, and there’s nothing more classic than taking beach wedding photos. Mitch and Ashton’s guests cheered them on when they were introduced as newlyweds at the reception. It was wonderful to see how much their family and friends love them. They entered the first dance while their wedding party stood behind them.
Everyone enjoyed a wonderful catered dinner from The Westin and danced the night away. It was such a fun day getting to celebrate this wonderful couple. Congratulations to the newlyweds! Here are some of my favorites from their Westin Hilton Head wedding!
