Timeless Wedding at Hilton Head Plantation

Hilton Head Plantation Wedding | Zachary + Emma Rose

Wedding Photographer in Hilton Head

There’s nothing quite like a wedding at Hilton Head Plantation, and Emma Rose and Zachary’s special day was an unforgettable celebration of love, family, and faith. With touching moments, meaningful details, and a hint of coastal charm, their wedding perfectly reflected their personalities and the beauty of Hilton Head Island.

Emma Rose and Zachary’s love story began in a swim lane at Mercer. What started as friendship quickly turned into something more, and over the past five years, their relationship has flourished, built on shared values of faith, family, and humor. Choosing Hilton Head for their wedding was easy—Zach’s family has called the area home for years, and the couple has always found it to be a magical and beautiful place to create lasting memories.

The day began at the serene Island Lutheran Church. A truly welcoming space with stunning natural light pouring through its unique window design.

One of the most touching moments of the ceremony was when Emma Rose’s mom and dad stood together to give her away. This meaningful gesture reflected the importance of family bonds to the couple. Surrounded by loved ones, they exchanged vows beneath soft light and floral arrangements of peach, orange, and hints of blue, beautifully tying in with their coastal color palette.

After the ceremony, the celebration continued at Spring Lake Pavilion, where coastal vibes blended perfectly with the couple’s elegant style. The spacious venue, complete with its stunning outdoor patio, was beautifully adorned with twilight blue table runners, delicate floral centerpieces, and the glow of taper candles and tea lights.

After making a grand entrance as newlyweds, Emma Rose and Zachary shared their first dance as husband and wife. Their festive sweetheart table, framed by their last name in neon lights and strands of twinkling lights, provided the perfect backdrop for the evening. It was a dreamy, picture-perfect setting that suited the pair perfectly.

Emma Rose and Zachary’s wedding was brimming with personal touches. One of the most unique was the Pittsburgh Cookie Table—a nod to family traditions and a sweet treat for all the guests. Loved ones contributed their homemade recipe to fill the table with a dazzling array of cookies. It was a sincere reminder of the importance of family in Emma Rose and Zachary’s journey.

The groom and his groomsmen looked sharp in navy suits with twilight blue ties, complementing the bridesmaids’ mismatched dresses in twilight blue tones. The floral arrangements of soft hues with touches of blue tied everything together, reflecting the beauty of Hilton Head’s natural scenery.

As the sun began to set, I stole Emma Rose and Zachary away for some romantic portraits by the water. With palm trees swaying in the background and the golden glow of the Hilton Head sunset, these moments were as breathtaking as they were intimate—a timeless reminder of the beauty of their chosen location.

The evening came alive with joyous celebrations, from genuine toasts to lively dancing and an energy that was truly contagious. Guests enjoyed delicious food, a beautifully adorned cake, and the warmth of family and friends coming together to celebrate Emma Rose and Zachary.

The night ended with a sparkler exit, lighting up the evening sky as the newlyweds walked hand in hand into their future, surrounded by cheers from their closest family and friends.

Emma Rose and Zachary, photographing your wedding day was an absolute dream. Every detail is fabulous, from the stunning church ceremony to the magical reception at Spring Lake Pavilion. Thank you for trusting me to capture your wedding at Hilton Head Plantation. I wish you both a lifetime of laughter, love, and coastal sunsets.

Words of love from Emma Rose and Zachary – “Ashta was such a great person to work with. She photographed both our wedding and our engagement session. She is incredibly professional and arrived early to both sessions and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Her photos are stunning. I care a lot about editing style and her photos were flawless! We are so in love with how they came out. She did a great job capturing the essence of the day. We didn’t have a videographer and I don’t regret it because of how well she captured our day! She got little moments and big moments all in one. Also- she’s hilarious and just an all around wonderful person.”
