Dutch Ford Farm, nestled in the heart of Metter, Georgia, is a wedding venue like no other. The farm offers a spacious canvas for couples to design their dream wedding. What makes it truly unique is that no two weddings here are the same; it’s a haven for creative souls who want to craft a one-of-a-kind celebration.
It is versatile enough to host small gatherings as well as large events for up to 300 guests. Couples looking for a serene setting will find their dream come true with five acres of dedicated wedding space.
Jaci and Hal chose Dutch Ford Farm for both their ceremony and reception, making it a smooth experience for their guests. The ceremony occurred before a charming wooden cross adorned with a breathtaking floral statement. An outdoor rustic backdrop perfectly complemented their relaxed Southern theme.
The Dutch Ford Farm Barn was transformed into a magical space where joy and love filled the air for the reception. The six-thousand-square-foot white wedding barn exuded a timeless charm perfectly suited Jaci and Hal’s vision.
The bridal party’s attire was a delightful mix of country and chic. Jaci’s bridesmaids looked stunning in sage green floor-length dresses. As part of a fun photo, the bride wore a blinged-out jean jacket with her new last name on the back, while her bridesmaids wore plain jean jackets.
Jaci and Hal’s choice of navy suits for the groom and groomsmen added a touch of elegance to the occasion. The color palette of greenery, salmon, peach, and white roses in the floral arrangements brought the entire day a fresh and vibrant feel.
The day was filled with heartfelt moments, including Jaci’s first look with her dad, which was both beautiful and emotional. The bride and her bridesmaids got ready in cute pajama sets, adding a touch of coziness to the morning preparations. They even popped a bottle of champagne to kick off the festivities.
One of the things I love most about Dutch Ford Farm is that when they schedule the event space, they rent it for the entire week of the wedding (Thursday through Sunday). This allows ample time for decorating, setup, and cleanup, making it a stress-free experience for couples. It’s an “all-in-one” option, from bridal teas and rehearsal dinners to the ceremony and reception, all in one location.
Besides an on-site wedding coordinator, Dutch Ford Farm’s staff is accommodating and professional.
